Terms of Service

By using YTVault, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

YTVault sells digital credentials for pre-aged YouTube accounts and pre-monetized YouTube channels. The product delivered is a set of login credentials (email, password, recovery email, recovery password, 2FA secret key, channel URL).

To purchase from YTVault, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate information at checkout

You agree to use purchased channels in compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service and applicable law. YTVault is not responsible for how you use the channels after delivery.

You agree not to:

• Resell channels purchased from YTVault as-is on other marketplaces
• Use the channels for illegal content (CSAM, fraud, scams, copyright infringement)
• Use the channels to harass or harm others

Upon successful payment, channel credentials are transferred to you. The channel becomes your property and your responsibility.

Delivery is automatic and instant. If delivery fails, contact support within 24 hours for a free replacement.

YtVault provides a limited warranty on every channel — see our Refund Policy for the full conditions and procedure. Beyond the warranty window, channels are sold as-is, with no warranty regarding monetization, future YouTube policy changes, or account stability.

YTVault is not liable for:

• Channels banned or limited by YouTube due to user actions
• Channels affected by future YouTube policy changes
• Indirect damages, loss of revenue, or loss of data

Under European Directive 2011/83/EU article 16(m), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately with the buyer's express consent.

By proceeding with payment, you give explicit consent to start delivery immediately and waive your 14-day withdrawal right.

Payments are currently accepted in cryptocurrency: LTC, ETH, and SOL. Crypto payments are non-reversible.

Card payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) will be added soon.

Any attempt to dispute a delivered digital good through unofficial channels will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in being blacklisted from future purchases. All disputes must go through the in-platform ticket system.

YTVault may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
