Refund Policy

Digital goods

Digital goods, no automatic refunds

By purchasing on YTVault, you acknowledge that you are buying digital goods (YouTube account credentials) which are delivered instantly. Once delivered, the product is considered consumed and is not eligible for a standard refund under European Directive 2011/83/EU article 16(m), which allows derogation from the right of withdrawal for digital content delivered immediately with the buyer's prior consent.

By proceeding with payment, you give explicit consent to start delivery immediately and waive your 14-day withdrawal right.

Warranty

Replacement warranty

Every channel sold on YTVault is verified before delivery — login access, account health, and creator studio integrity are all tested manually. Issues at delivery are extremely rare.

That said, in the unlikely event that you can't access your channel right after delivery, open a support ticket from your YtVault dashboard and we'll review the case. Replacement claims should be made shortly after delivery, typically within 24 hours, while the issue can still be confirmed as a pre-delivery problem.

To open a replacement claim:

  • Open a support ticket from your YtVault dashboard
  • Include your order ID
  • Describe the issue (login failed, 2FA not working, etc.)
  • We respond within a few hours

Each case is reviewed individually. We do our maximum to make sure every customer ends up satisfied.

Out of scope

What voids the warranty

Our channels are normal Google accounts with established trust. The vast majority of "channel locked" or "login blocked" cases come from the buyer doing something that triggers Google's security flags during the first weeks.

The following actions void the warranty:

  • Changing the password during the warm-up period (first 1–2 weeks)
  • Adding or modifying the recovery email or phone too early
  • Sharing credentials with third parties
  • Locking yourself out by failing 2FA attempts repeatedly
  • Logging in from a high-risk location or VPN that triggers Google's security flags
  • Uploading content that violates YouTube's Terms of Service

A detailed setup guide is included with every order — read it before your first login. It exists specifically to help you avoid these issues.

If you believe an issue is unrelated to user action, open a ticket. Each case is reviewed individually.

Disputes

Chargebacks

Crypto payments are non-reversible by nature. Any attempt to dispute a chargeback through unofficial channels (your bank, processor, etc.) for a delivered digital good will be considered a violation of these terms and may result in being blacklisted from future purchases.

For all support and dispute claims, use the in-platform ticket system from your YTVault dashboard.
